BASIC

  3. Consult and coach on HR practices, policy implementation, process improvement, do’s and dont’s

  4. Create buildable foundations

INTENSIVE

  1. All Basic package included with an emphasis on intensive understanding of internal current process

  2. Observe day-to-day flow, pinpoint areas of improvement, obstacles, etc.,

  3. Create workflow documentation easily adaptable and adoptable

  4. Post conclusion follow ups at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months

Flat Rate: $7,500

Maximum Hours: 160 (not including follow ups), additional hours at additional cost
