BASIC

  1. Establish Your Goals

  2. Analyze and Audit Select Processes (I-9, hiring, termination, employee files, and more)

  3. Consult and coach on HR practices, policy implementation, process improvement, do’s and dont’s

  4. Create buildable foundations that have flexibility to adjust as you scale up

  5. Pinpoint areas of risk and provide mitigation solutions

  6. Stay up to date with 2025 laws and changes that will affect your type of business

INTENSIVE

  1. All Basic package included with an emphasis on intensive understanding of internal current process

  2. Observe day-to-day flow, pinpoint areas of improvement, obstacles, etc.,

  3. Create workflow documentation easily adaptable and adoptable

  4. Post conclusion follow ups at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months

Flat Rate: $7,500

Maximum Hours: 160 (not including follow ups), additional hours at additional cost
